Kitchen food safety, equipment safety, cleaning protocols, and personal hygiene and dress code

Baking weights and measures

Reading and understanding recipes and instructions (written and color-coded visuals)

Preparing and shaping scone dough, and baking

Preparing and shaping bread dough, and baking

Preparing and shaping bagel chips)

Packaging, labeling, and selling baked goods
